CommunityWorks is Oracle Health's cloud-based, multi-tenant deployment of Cerner Millennium, designed specifically for community, critical access, and specialty hospitals. The platform operates as a managed delivery model, meaning Oracle Health handles system configuration, hosting, updates, patches, and ongoing support rather than the hospital's IT team managing those functions locally.

The core value proposition is a predictable, subscription-based pricing model that bundles the EHR platform, implementation services, training, cloud hosting, and automatic upgrades into a single package. For smaller facilities that lack dedicated IT staff or large budgets, this offloads a significant portion of the infrastructure and maintenance burden.

CommunityWorks provides an integrated clinical and financial record across the continuum of care, with solution areas covering clinical applications, clinical and financial operations, consumer/patient experience tools, and population health capabilities. Oracle Health also promotes AI-driven features within the platform, particularly in their ambulatory suite.

The program has been running for over a decade and lists several community and rural hospital customers including Black River Memorial, Fitzgibbon Hospital, Henry Community Health, and Wray Community District Hospital.
